Hey folks, Pre-production started two weeks ago on a project called Dominion: Rogue Spirits. It's a 2D animated web series that uses a mixture of symbols and frame by frame animation. Although the characters, objects and props are rendered graphically with inked outlines and three color tones the backgrounds are naturalistic paintings. The primary animation software used in the production is Toon Boom's Animate II, with certain 3D elements such as vehicles and background imagery being done with Blender and Zbrush 4. Music used in the soundtrack of the series will be predominantly electronic (drum & bass, Breaks) but will contain other elemen
